Manuscripts are accepted for review under the following conditions:
- Exclusivity: Manuscripts are accepted with the stipulation that they are being submitted only to JERAS and that the material has not been previously published.
- Integrity: All authors certify that the work is original, free from plagiarism, and represents reliable scientific data.
2. Page Layout and Sectioning
- First Page (Single Column Layout): The first page must consist of the title, author(s) name(s), academic affiliation, corresponding author designation, postal address, Email ID, and the abstract of the paper, typed in a single column.
- Subsequent Body Pages (Double Column Layout): The remaining body text must be presented in two parallel columns. Column width is exactly 76 mm with a 10 mm gutter between them.
- Abstract and Keywords: The ABSTRACT should be no more than 250 words, justified in a single column. Accurate indexing keywords must be provided immediately below.
- Nomenclature: If a list of symbols or nomenclature is necessary, it must be placed at the start of the paper, after the abstract and before the Introduction.

4. Typography and Font Sizing
Manuscripts must be styled using the Times New Roman font family exclusively under the following specifications:

| Illustrations & Graphs Labels | No smaller than 8pt, and centered in the column where possible. |
| Emphasis | Use italics for emphasis. Do not use underlining. |
5. Mathematics & Equations
- Type short mathematical expressions directly in-line with the text.
- Number equations sequentially in parentheses at the right margin for English and at the left margin for Arabic.
- Always insert a blank line before and after each displayed equation.
6. References & Citations
- In-text Citations: Names of authors must be mentioned in the text with the year of publication in parentheses (e.g., Kantola (1981) or Laufer and Yen (1983)).
- Reference List: References must be listed by numbers at the end of the research paper in the order of appearance:
